Compare Halls

All residence halls are coeducational, air-conditoned, wired for internet telephone & cable TV, include washers and dryers (Most coin & card operated), Residential/Community Assistants, 24-hour security, and are accessible via VCUCard ID.

Semester Rates
Incoming students for spring semester assigned to 12-month halls will pay half the yearly rate (February - July), plus an additional housing charge for January.

The Comm. Fee (Communications Fee) covers basic telephone, internet and cable TV connections.

Meal plan required for all freshman halls except GRC 1 Apts.
