Apartments

Amenities

Apartments are not carpeted and all feature:

  • Bedrooms with twin extra-long (36" x 80") beds, desks, dressers, chairs and wardrobes for each resident
  • Two bathrooms with one sink each.
  • Kitchen with refrigerator, electric range and dishwasher
  • Washer and dryer
  • Living room furnished with sofa, coffee table, television stand and end tables
  • Dining table and chairs

Centrally located in the middle of VCU’s Monroe Park Campus, West Grace South boasts 112 brand-new apartments with top-notch amenities, access to convenient parking and several dining options right next door.

West Grace South is home to ASPIRE program participants and to members of VCU's general student population.

About ASPiRE

ASPiRE, the Academic Scholars Program in Real Environments, is an innovative and comprehensive community engagement-focused living-learning program for sophomores and juniors at VCU.

The first program of its kind at VCU, ASPiRE aims to enrich and deepen students’ understanding of their capacity to create positive change in communities through the connection of course work, co-curricular activities and a vibrant residential experience. Students selected for ASPIRE live on the first three floors of the West Grace South residence hall.
