The MCV campus Low Rises complex includes four residence halls, each with different student capacities and restrictions:
- Rudd Hall, restricted to female undergrad upperclassman and graduate students from both campuses, and MCV health care students (total capacity: 46)
- McRae Hall, restricted to male undergrad upperclassman and graduate students from both campuses, and MCV health care students (total capacity: 45)
- Bear Hall, coeducational (segregated by floor, male or female); undergrad upperclassman and graduate students from both campuses, and MCV health care students (total capacity: 30)
- Warner Hall, coeducational (segregated by floor, male or female); undergrad upperclassman and graduate students from both campuses, and MCV health care students (total capacity: 38)
Commitment
9-month lease, based on academic calendar. Dining Plan is not required.
Furnished
Bedrooms furnished with full-size bed, dresser, clothing storage rack, desk, chair, bookcase, bedside table and overstuffed chair. Rooms are not carpeted.
Residents furnish lamps, bathroom and cleaning supplies, bed and bath linens, and may bring a small microwave and a small refrigerator.
Bear and Warner halls have a small kitchen and living room area on every floor. There is a kitchen on the first floors of Rudd and McRae halls.
