The MCV campus low-rises comprise of four halls, each with different student capacities and restrictions:

Commitment
9-month lease, based on academic calendar. 

Furnished
Bedrooms furnished with full-size bed, dresser, clothing storage rack, desk, chair, bookcase, bedside table and overstuffed chair.

Residents furnish lamps, bathroom and cleaning supplies, bed and bath linens, and may bring a small microwave and a small refrigerator.

Bear and Warner Halls have a small kitchen and living room area on every floor. There is a kitchen on the first floors of Rudd and McRae Halls.
